Orders received before 2.00pm are usually despatched the same working day, subject to stock availability and business workload.

Express Delivery: Usually next working day. Consignments are shipped via Royal Mail and Parcelforce.

Special Delivery: Usually next working day. Packages are despatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

General UK Delivery: Usually within 2 working days. If you want to 'get it fast' ask for Express Delivery.

Services and costs are shown as options during the order process. There are no Sunday Deliveries.

If you find a defective or damaged item please inform us as soon as possible, in order that we can resolve the matter with minimum delay - any damage to an item needs to be reported to us within 1 days of receipt. Non-delivery of an order needs to be reported to us within 2 working days of the date of despatch. Items must be unopened and in original packaging for return.

If the order has been dispatched, you can return the Product to us  unopened and in original packagaing and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost). If a Product is damaged or faulty please contact us and we will organise a replacement or refund.
